EM IC Sense is a non-invasive hardware analysis technology that uses electromagnetic emanations combined with AI and statistical inference to authenticate ICs, software, manufacturing, detect hardware and software Trojans, and IC type detection and system-in-package (SiP) component characterization. It enables supply-chain assurance across ASICs and FPGAs.
