Dr. Csaba Andras Moritz

Founder & CEO

Dr. Csaba Andras Moritz is the founder and CEO of BlueRISC and has led the company’s business and technical direction across Al, hardware design, cybersecurity, and system assurance solutions since its founding. He has initiated multiple ventures and technology directions spanning privacy (EPRIVO), digital forensics (WindowsSCOPE), Al (Alincubator.com), and distributed computing, including founding and leading Creative Distributed Computing AB in Sweden.

Before focusing full time on BlueRISC, Dr. Moritz served as a tenured professor at UMass Amherst and held technical and leadership roles in both academia and industry, including executive positions in two U.S. research centers. He is an inventor on more than 30 patents and has received multiple IEEE/ACM best paper recognitions and other awards.

Dr. Moritz has worked and lived in Romania, Hungary, Sweden, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, joining MIT in 1997.

Kris Carver

Technical Director

Kris Carver leads system architecture and security engineering efforts at BlueRISC and has been a key contributor to the company’s core software and hardware technologies. He is a co-inventor on multiple BlueRISC patents and has led numerous R&D initiatives spanning cybersecurity, embedded systems, Al-driven assurance technologies, and advanced hardware platforms.

Mr. Carver graduated first in his class in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UMass Amherst and previously worked at Lucent Technologies. At BlueRISC, he regularly represents the company at technical events and customer engagements and plays a central role in transitioning advanced research into deployable solutions.

Sylvia Moritz

Vice President of Operations & Finance

Sylvia Moritz oversees operations, finance, planning, and customer program execution across BlueRISC’s defense and commercial activities. She plays a central role in coordinating business operations, customer engagements, contracts, and organizational planning.

She holds degrees in art history and English literature from Stockholm University, with additional studies in programming and finance at Harvard. Her background includes experience in IT consulting, healthcare technology, and government contracting, with prior roles at Carensite (later acquired by WebMD), The Travelers, Cambridge Interactive, and CDC RD.

Angela Burstein

Director of Business Development

Angela Burstein leads business development at BlueRISC, driving strategic growth through partnerships, customer engagement, and business development activities across defense and commercial markets. She supports customer success throughout strategic engagements and represents the company at industry and technical events.

Her experience spans sales strategy, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration, helping align BlueRISC’s Al-driven and agentic Al-based system assurance technologies with government and industry needs.
