Nuclear I&C ThreatSense
ThreatSense is an AI-powered cyber-risk modeling and analysis toolkit to assess vulnerabilities and cyber risks in Nuclear I&C Systems. It supports Gen 2 and 3 reactors and can be extended to future Gen 4 reactors. Its modeling framework is capable of capturing the unique requirements of Safety and Operational I&C systems such as redundancy and diversity, and supports all components including HMIs, PLCs, FPGAs, RTUs, networking control devices (firewalls, diodes), sensors, actuators as well as their connectivity and their types. With its advanced Bayesian AI engine, it supports both static and runtime cyber-risk evaluation. It is configurable for a variety of sophisticated analysis tasks including coordinated Multi-stage attacks, Advanced Persistent Threats, Malware, Exploits and Insider Threats. An evaluation console provides detailed probabilistic metrics on cyber risk, impact of maintenance/upgrade activities, consequence of compromise, and others. This provides actionable insights for understanding the cyber-risk posture across physical, cyber, and compliance dimensions — enabling more effective cyber-risk mitigation strategies.
